Cheryl, you are right, you are awful at this. You are looking between the legs, so there is no face nor hand at this angle. But the "person" is measuring right on schedule.
I could hardly tell on my own ultrsound with the doctor pointing it out. I could see a head though on yours though. So - no guess on girl or boy from me.

I'm AWFUL at ultrasound reading. I think I see a face and maybe a hand. So, um, it's a person!!
