fudge microwave

http://magical-microwave.diply.com/perfection/make-fudge-in-the-microwave/104915

I have made this on numerous occasions and have experimented a bit with the recipe. Try mixing 2/3rds cup of brown sugar and a stick of softened salted butter. Heat in a microwave three times for 2 minutes each time. This causes the brown sugar to crystallize. Then mix the chips and sweetened condensed milk into it and heat one more time. Stir in the other ingredients and do the rest of the recipe. The brown sugar almost tastes like a crushed up Heath bar and the extra butter makes the fudge stay much softer and melts in your mouth.
