They sent me a new dvr, but that didn't fix the problem.
The techs that came to my house are baffled.

Wow, you're really catching up! Ours is $1.45/gallon. I would guess your dish has a problem.
I felt like I was stealing the gas yesterday when I got 11.5 gallons for less than $18!!
