I was cleaning out my blender with soapy water and a rag,
so that I could make a protein smoothie for breakfast
(and possibly share with Kauri)
when my genious helper offered this advice:

she's funny. what are you going to do in august when you (again) only have one kid at home?
if you blend up warm soapy water right after using the blender, then it is clean! i saw that on a show. then you don't have to 'clean' it for real.
That is a great idea! I wonder what kind of questions she will ask when she see's me do that?
